Jerry Wang, Founder and CEO, Haitou Global

Jerry Wang is founder and CEO of Haitou Global, a leading online global asset allocation platform, in 2014 in New York.
Previously as Investment Manager at University of Notre Dame’s Investments Office, Jerry managed a portfolio of over $1billion global investments.  
Jerry holds Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Tsinghua University, as well as Master’s Degree in Engineering and Business Administration from University of Notre Dame.
Jerry is CFA and CAIA charter holder.


Mitchell Dong, President & CEO, Pythagoras Investment Management

Mitchell Dong is a private investor and runs his family investment office. He is a serial entrepreneur who has started a dozen businesses over the last 40 years in alternative energy, technology and finance. He invests in quantitative traders, hedge funds, private equity and venture funds and real estate. Mitchell is a 1975 graduate of Harvard College and a 1997 graduate of the OPM program at Harvard Business School.


Orlando Mendoza, General Partners, Arsenal Venture Partners

Orlando has been involved in venture capital and private equity throughout his career. Before joining Arsenal in 2015, he served as a partner with the small- market private equity asset management firm Method Advisors and as VP of Harvard Management Co. As principal at Edison Partners, an expansion stage venture firm, he was involved in more than 30 investments. Orlando holds an MBA in asset management from Yale University, an MSE from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and The Wharton School, and a BA in economics from Rollins College, and is a graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy. He is a former technology chair for the Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital Association, an alumni organization.


Jason Rottenberg, General Partners, Arsenal Venture Partners
Jason Rottenberg is a General Partner with Arsenal. He has spent the last 19 years founding, building and funding technology companies. He has served as Managing Director of the Army’s Venture Capital Initiative since its inception, and is a frequent speaker on the topic of government innovation and the need for the government to leverage the venture capital ecosystem. As founder of Muse Ventures and IT
Angel, he was involved in the founding and successful exits of several technology businesses. Previously a manager in Arthur Andersen’s Silicon Valley office, he began his career in Washington, DC. John Slyusarev

John has been responsible for marketing, sales and business development in ICORating since November 2018. He is an expert in the field of marketing management, strategic partnerships and business development in global markets. John is based in New York office of ICORating. Prior to ICORating, John was the CMO of the European travel company from the TOP-20; he also had his own consulting firm which mainly worked with e-commerce, retail and banking sector.


Navroop Sahdev, Connection Science Fellow, Massachusetts Institute of Technology

Navroop is a Fellow at MIT Connection Science and holds a host of leadership roles in the DLT space, both as a practitioner as well as a researcher. An economist by training, Navroop is currently building a FinTech company that seeks to leverage blockchain technology. She is also a Research Associate at the Centre for Blockchain Technologies (CBT) at University College London and holds three masters in IP Management, Economics of Innovation and Applied Economics.

A United Nations Youth Delegate for 2017, Navroop has co-authored Hyperledger’s Blockchain for Business online course. She speaks regularly at FinTech and blockchain conferences and currently serves on the advisory board of a host of blockchain companies, across industries. Previously, she has worked at Harvard University and United Nations Environment Programme. Her research interests are focused on Distributed Ledger Technologies, Game Theory, Networks Theory and Complex Systems Science.


Salman Habib, Co-founder & CEO of Hellofriend

Salman Habib is a Co-founder & CEO of Hellofriend and is currently based in Boston, MA. Salman studied Government, Economics, and Nuclear security at Harvard and has previously worked for the United Nations and U.S. Senate. Charles Wang is serial entrepreneur and AI expert with  25+ year experience in artificial intelligence theory, technology, and end-to-end applications development.   He is currently founder of AI startup (in stealth mood)  in healthcare space.     Previously, he was founder of Adelphic, an industry leading mobile and cross-screen programmatic platform that uses AI to completely automates real-time advertising transactions, serving all of the top six advertising agency holding companies in the world as well as big brands.   The platform performs tens of billions of transactions each day before acquired by Time, Inc. early 2017.    He began his career at Thinking Machines (Acquired by Oracle), where he built the world’s first commercial parallel Neural Networks and core Machine Learning platform.  His theoretic research such as early stopping helped build the foundation of modern core deep learning algorithms.   Other products/companies that he has played key roles building are now part of Apple, IBM, Nokia, and Facebook.


Paul Xie, Co-founder, Lightelligence, Havard Busniess School

Paul Xie  is co-founder and VP of product at Lightelligence, a venture backed AI startup that develops novel computing chip through algorithm and hardware innovation. Lightelligence recently closed 11M Series A financing and has global offices in Boston and Shanghai. Prior to co-founding Lightelligence, Paul has held multiple engineering management roles in the semiconductor and consumer electronics companies including Apple, Applied Materials and GlobalFoundries. Paul is an Harvard Business School MBA and holds a Ph.D. degree in Microsystems Engineering.

Raymond Fu, Associate Professor and Serial Entrepreneur, Northeastern University

Raymond Fu is an associate professor at Northeastern University and a serial entrepreneur. His research interests focus on AI: Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Big Data, etc. He is Fellow of SPIE and IAPR. In 2016 he founded Giaran, Inc., a company that leverages advanced artificial intelligence technology developed in his Northeastern University lab with the goal of providing an interactive virtual experience for consumers to find and try on cosmetics products. In 2017, Giaran was acquired by Shiseido Americas Corporation, a subsidiary of the leading global cosmetics company Shiseido Company, Limited.


Chong Xu, F-Prime Capital

Chong is a Senior Associate at F-Prime Capital.  He focuses primarily on biopharmaceutical and medical technology sectors and works closely with the Eight Roads Ventures Asia team to manage portfolio companies and new investment opportunities in China.  Prior to joining F-Prime in 2015, Chong was an associate in McKinsey and Company’s Boston office, a hedge fund healthcare equity analyst with Massif Partners and Affirmed Healthcare, and a researcher focusing on developmental neurobiology at Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory in Singapore.
Chong holds a Ph.D. in Cell Biology from University of Virginia and a MBA from Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.  He received his B.S. in biology from Zhejiang University, China.


Matthew Unger, CEO, iComplyICO 

Matthew found early success in his career, becoming one of the youngest executive financial advisors in Investors Group Financial Services’ history at the age of 22. Featured in Canada’s leading financial industry publication, Investment Executive, Matthew experienced award-winning success (i.e. Pillar Awards, President’s Club) by unpacking complex financial problems and providing simplified solutions.

Following his tenure in financial services, Matthew began consulting with companies on innovation management. He has worked with organizations ranging from high-growth startups seeking to scale into enterprise markets, to major global companies such as Virgin Group and Investors Group Financial Services.

Matthew has also provided consulting services to organizations such as the Canadian Centre for Cold Climate Innovation, First Nations Technology Council, among others, his focus on helping companies leverage technology to identify opportunities, optimize workflows and scale business processes. His specialties include financial technologies, Salesforce architecture and systems integration.

In 2015, Matthew co-founded a fintech company with a product designed to automate and digitize all workflows and tasks for financial advisors; much of the product’s technical architecture and framework have since been incorporated into Planswell’s expanded FinTech platform.

Matthew completed MIT’s Fintech Innovation Management program with distinction in 2016. He is currently an advisor and shareholder in multiple BC tech ventures, and is also a mentor through several startup and mentorship initiatives such as New Ventures BC.

Muhammad Ali Chaudhary, MD, Research Fellow, Harvard Medical School

He heads the system architecture and design of Inkrypt.
