Bio:   Ashley is a Principal at State Street Global Advisors (SSGA). She joined the MBA rotational program at SSGA after graduated from Harvard Business School with her MBA in 2015. Prior to her MBA, Ashley worked in Sales and Trading division at Deutsche Bank and Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong, specializing in convertible bonds. As a market maker, she traded convertibles in 10+ markets across Asia Pacific. She also had experience in structured transactions such as asset swap, which is to synthetically strip the equity option out of the convertible bonds and sell it separately with the bond portion. Ashley is a CFA charter holder and a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

BCIC (Boston Chinese Investment Club) is a non-profit organization founded by TCFA (The Chinese Finance Association) Boston organizers in 2011. It serves as Boston centered platform for exchanging ideas, knowledge, and information in finance and related areas between US and China. Main activities include monthly seminars/gatherings and providing services to members, e.g financial training.

GCC(MIT Sloan Greater China Club): The mission of the Greater China Club is to build a close-knit community for the growing number of Sloan students who are interested in issues, events and activities related to the Greater China region.
