As the center of education and health care in the United States, Boston is well known in the world for its achievements in finance and biotechnology. To promote innovation and to strengthen business relationship between the United States and the Asia-Pacific region, the Boston Chinese Investment Club will leverage Boston’s industrial advantages and host a China-US roadshow on May 5, 2017. Providing a high-quality platform for talent, technology and capital, the roadshow consists three sections: quantitative investing, financial technology, and biotechnology.

If your companies are interested in the capital from China, we invite you to join the roadshow. BCIC Sino-US Roadshow focus on, but is not limited to, the promotion of strategic financial investments in quantitative finance start-up teams with strategic products; start-up teams with technology such as financial technology, artificial intelligence, and big data technology; biotech companies, particularly start-ups with medical devices or implants; or any other mature companies in the high-tech industry.

If you are a venture fund or private equity, we will collect high quality companies to provide you with the first class level investment opportunities, including startups and M&A. The Boston Chinese Investment Club has more than 2,000 members and has a great impact in the Greater Boston area. We have a mature management team, members of which are from relevant industries and have rich experience in business practice. Based on the thorough understanding of the industry, we are able to find you attractive investment projects to add value to your pipeline.

If you are a professional, student or other individual and group interested in the BCIC Sino-US Roadshow, the Boston Chinese Investment Club invites you to join us. We will provide you with an in-depth experience of interacting with the start-up teams and venture funds and private equities.

Roadshow Description

The Sino-US Capital Roadshow in May will include three sections

  • Biotech (professionals or investors only): products/services in various stages that are friendly to Chinese capital to participate as angel investors, VC or PE investors
  • Fintech (open to everyone): products/services in various stages that are friendly to Chinese capital to participate as angel investors, VC or PE investors
  • Quantitative Trading (open to everyone): teams with track records and concrete models that are proven effective in the US or Chinese secondary capital markets

Each selected team will have 10-15 minutes to present their projects to investors, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A.
