Ms. Yu is a Founder and General Partner of Sunwater Capital, a private equity firm investing in real estate, healthcare, and information. She is the founder of Greencourt Group, a Shanghai- based private real estate and investment company and the controlling shareholder of Shanghai Greencourt Investment Group Co. Ltd., (A600695, B900919) a Shanghai-listed asset management company. Ms. Yu has developed more than 36 million square feet of residential, commercial, and retail property in China and the United States. She is the founder of ViiNet Inc., an online wealth management company for Chinese investors investing in US assets. Ms. Yu is an active member of the Chinese American community, serving as chairman of the Chinese American Real Estate Association and chairman of the International Leadership Foundation’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Committee. |
| Jeffrey Rosenberg,

Jeffrey Rosenberg has founded and operated businesses in the U.S. and Asia in the commodities, life sciences, consumer products, telecommunications and real estate industries. He started working and living in China in 1980. He built more than 100,000 square meters of mostly industrial and commercial space in China. In the mid-1990’s, he was a director of Tishman Speyer Properties responsible for real estate development in Asia Pacific.
Most recently, he set up Dao Investments which partners with regional US real estate developers to develop mid-market residential properties in the Boston area. Three of Jeffrey’s businesses have been written as Harvard Business School case studies, two about real estate and one about agri-business. |

Mr. Chris Chan is the Vice President at Greencourt Investment Group and President at Greencourt Capital Inc. Prior to joining Greencourt, he was the General Manager of International Business Division of CITIC Trust, over-sighting both inbound and outbound investment activities. He was also managing three cross-border funds with government issued credentials of ODI, QDLP and QFLP. He served as the Vice General Manager at the Innovation Business Department of CITIC Trust between 2012-2015, where he leads a number of initiatives in devising some industry-leading investment vehicles into the sectors such as healthcare, senior housing, and consumer staples. |

Paul E. Adornato, CFA, is a seasoned REIT professional currently engaged in multiple roles as teacher, advisor and investor.
In New York he serves as Adjunct Instructor in the Masters programs at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and at Fordham University’s Real Estate Institute. He also serves as Head Learning Facilitator for digital education specialist GetSmarter in collaboration with the MIT Center for Real Estate which recently developed and launched its first online Certificate course. Paul is a veteran REIT analyst with more than 30 years’ experience on Wall Street, most recently at BMO Capital Markets (2005 – 2017) where co-founded the US REIT research franchise including creating its annual Real Estate Conference. From 2001 to 2005, he grew two entrepreneurial REIT research efforts from scratch. |
