2024 Biomedical Pitch Competition Grand Finale Successfully Concludes

This event marked a milestone in the biomedical industry, showcasing the brightest minds and most innovative technologies.
A Meeting of Minds and Innovation
The 2024 Biomedical Pitch Competition, co-organized by the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) and the Boston Chinese Investment Club (BCIC), featured 14 high-caliber teams from the biomedical sector in the final round. These finalists, ranging from early to mid-stage ventures in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and diagnostics, had the opportunity to present their transformative ideas to a distinguished panel of judges and an audience of industry leaders, investors, and media.
We were honored to have Dr. Grace Lau, Head of Institute for Translational Research and Dr. Weng-Li Yoon, Associate Director, Therapeutics from HKSTP, along with Dr. Qiusong Tang from Roche Accelerator, deliver inspiring keynote addresses. Their speeches highlighted the ongoing efforts and commitments toward accelerating biomedical innovation and fostering a supportive ecosystem for emerging technologies in healthcare.
