  • Operation Officers (1~2):

Responsibilities:

(1) Event operations: editing pre-event announcements and invitations; classroom device set-up (screen, seat planning); logistics (food and drinks), materials printing and name card making etc if needed.

(2) Technology devices management: Operating and monitoring technology devices for roadshow and seminar events per request.

Requirement:

(1) Passionate in participating BCIC roadshow/seminar events;

(2) Punctuate, detail-oriented and reliable.

(2) Free access to BCIC events (and Boston Academy trainings such as CFA, Python etc) ;

Expectation:

(1) Long-term commitment: at least 6 months.
